WHY IN THE TEMPLE…………
My father is the sky
My mother is the earth
They take care of me
From my birth
An artist is my father
And she a painter
Pillars are they
Of my life’s future
My father is the candle
My mother the light
And their glow
Removes the darkness of my life
My father is the sun
My mother, the moon
They take care of me
To be one apart from others.
He is the flower
And its fragrance is she
Whose love and sympathy
Give a sweet odour to my life
My father is the day
My mother the night
Guide do they me
In the ocean of my life.
My father is the master
My mother, the guide
They teach me all
And mould my life.
My father is god
My mother, the world
Then why in the temple
Should I worship the stone God....

आपने बिलकुल सही लिखा है. शास्त्रों में भी लिखा है माँ ही देवता है, पिता ही देवता है, आचार्य ही देवता है, सदअतिथि ही देवता है, पति के लिए पत्नी तथा पत्नी के लिए पति ही देवता है.
पूजा का अर्थ होता है यथा योग्य सत्कार, जो की जीवित प्राणी की ही की जा सकती है, पत्थर के बेजान मूर्तियों की नहीं !

ReplyDeleteमाता पिता आदरणीय होते है.वो हमारे गुरु समान होते है.उनका हमे हमेशा सम्मान करना चाहिये.
ReplyDeleteलेकिन इसका मतलब ये नही है कि जिसने माता पिता को बनाया. जिसने इंसानो को माता पिता बनाने की शक्ति दी .जिसने ये जगत बनाया और जिसने हमारा पालन करने के लिये इतनी सुंदर धरती बनायी. उन असली माता पिता परमात्मा को हम भूल जाये.
हमे उस परमात्मा का हमेशा आभार प्रकट करना चाहिये.
मंदिर मे मूर्ति केवल पत्थर का टुकड़ा नही है बल्कि वो एक माध्यम है जिसके द्धारा हमारा मन सीधे परमात्मा मे लगता है.
भटकता नही है.

i will say-No.....that is only a belief and does not have any significance if we can not give happiness, love and respect to our dear and respected ones....
its better if we have good feelings, thoughts and respect for the human being instead of doing a worship to stone....
still, worshiping a stone depends on philosophy of a person towrds life....somwhere it also gives "sukoon"....
